———  GET IN TOUCH

An enquiry is
a
good place to start.

You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out. A few sentences about what's on your mind is enough.

LOCATION

——  MAKE AN ENQUIRY

You don’t need to be certain about what you’re looking for — an initial enquiry is simply a place to start.

This form is for general enquiries only and is not monitored for urgent matters. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (000) or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Preferred Contact Method

Not sure where to start?Begin with a conversation.

I offer a free 15-minute phone call before any commitment to therapy. It's a chance to talk briefly about what's bringing you here, ask questions about how I work, and get a sense of whether we'd be a good fit, because the fit between you and your psychologist matters more than almost anything else.

There's nothing to prepare. You don't need to have the right words for what's going on, or a clear goal. A rough sense of what's been weighing on you is enough.

In the call, we'll usually cover:

- what's prompting you to reach out, in whatever detail feels comfortable

- any questions you have about my approach, sessions, or fees

- whether I'm the right person to help, and if I'm not, where else to look

If it feels like a fit, we'll book a first session. If it doesn't, that's a genuinely useful outcome too, and I'll point you toward options that might suit better. The call is a chance to meet, not a therapy session. We won't dive into treatment in 15 minutes. If you're in crisis or need support now, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.

Choose a time online — no referral needed.
